In this edition of Barre High, Jade uses her passion and experience as both a ballet dancer and a fiery fitness instructor to take you to a place where strength and grace meet; a place where you feel empowered to be soft yet strong and capable of anything. You will need light weights (or water bottles-wine bottles work, too ;) and sliders (or socks or tupperware lids), water, and 45 minutes of much needed, uninterrupted time for self care.
