THE MASHUP: Twerkulator Edition

We start with an add on hip hop step session (The Heat Up) to a mashup megamix of today's hottest tracks and then move on to the dance section. The dance workout starts with each move done in repetition (The Breakdown), then we add on the next until we have 6 moves all put together for a non-stop cardio party (The Rehearsal) and finally put them to the song of the week for the last section of class where we can really get down and show our skilllzzzz (The Performace).
