Pump Up The JAM 3 is filled with sweat, laughs, and love! The cardio portion of GIRGIT 3 is completed in an AD-ON aerobic format so at the end of the routine, you'll know the whole thing front to back so you can really GET IT! As always, it's followed by an intense toning session of the arms, abs, and booty. You will need a set of paper plates, sliders, or Tupperware lids, a theraband (optional), and an ankle weight (also optional). Grab your water; LET'S GO!
